Questions
What if my livestock arrives dead?
Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos. Orders shipped 3-day select or faster may be refunded or reshipped at our discretion. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Do you ship in bad weather?
We hold livestock orders during extreme heat or cold and ship as soon as conditions are safe for the trip.
Can I return drygoods?
Yes. Unopened drygoods can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
How does in-store pickup work?
Choose “Pick up in store” at checkout, then collect your order Tuesday–Sunday, 11 AM–8 PM.
What are your hours?
