Questions
What if my livestock arrives dead?
Contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos. We may refund or reship at our discretion. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Do you ship in bad weather?
We hold livestock orders during extreme heat or cold and ship as soon as conditions are safe for the trip. If that isn't possible, we may cancel the order and refund you.
Can I return drygoods?
Yes. Unopened drygoods can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping.
How does in-store pickup work?
At checkout, choose ZYN Store Pickup (free) instead of shipping. When we message you that your order is ready, pick it up Tuesday–Sunday, 11 AM–8 PM.
