A digital thermometer from Paizoo that sticks to the outside of the aquarium glass, below the water line, and reads the water temperature through the glass, so there are no wires in the tank. Touch the button and the green LED display shows the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, then it turns itself off after a few seconds to save the battery.
Paizoo lists it as accurate to within 0.9 degrees F, reading up to 140 degrees F. It runs on one CR2032 coin battery, which is included. The unit is not waterproof, so keep it on the outside of the tank and away from heaters and lights, which can throw off the reading. Paizoo will replace a dead battery or faulty unit within 12 months; their contact details are on the box.
