Shipping, DOA and returns
Live animals and plants ship on Monday or Tuesday.
Every livestock order has a standard DOA (dead on arrival) warranty: contact us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos (call (765) 603-7340). We may refund or reship at our discretion. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We hold livestock orders during extreme heat or cold and ship as soon as conditions are safe for the trip.
We combine shipping: pay shipping once and fill up your box.
No PO boxes. No shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or US territories.
Livestock will vary in size and appearance from the listing photo unless the listing says "WYSIWYG".
You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws. Do not buy animals that are illegal in your state or that need a permit you do not hold.
Unopened dry goods can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping.
